Hello, I’m Andrew,
a self-development junky with a vision for a better world. A world where everyone would have the necessary tools to manage their stress in healthy ways. A unique set of tools that suit the personality and preferences of each and every individual. Can you imagine traffic if everyone was relaxed and in a positive state of mind? Can you envision a meeting where everyone kept their cool and felt safe enough to express their ideas and opinions? A world where misunderstandings triggered curiosity and communication instead of stress and anger?
I see the possibility of this better world in my mind and have wholeheartedly bought into making it a reality. This is the reason I chose to become a Stress Management Coach/Consultant/Speaker. My passion for, and belief in the benefits of stress management, originates from my own journey. Going from stressed out and suffering to relaxed and mentally unbound.
As a stress coach, I specialize in helping individuals and organizations manage stress and improve their overall well-being. I understand that stress is a common issue that can have a negative impact on both physical and mental health, and I am dedicated to helping people develop healthy strategies to cope with stress in their daily lives and careers.
My coaching approach is personalized and tailored to each client’s tendencies, needs and goals. I use a variety of techniques and approaches, including relaxation techniques, mindfulness, positive thinking, journaling, meditation, reframing, organization, grounding/earthing and goal setting to help my clients develop healthy habits and practices that support overall well-being.
In a coaching session, we will work together to identify the sources of stress in your life and develop strategies to manage them. We will also explore ways to improve your resilience and tolerance so that you can better handle stress and challenges that come your way.
As a stress management consultant, I help organizations educate their employees on how to identify and effectively address stressors in both their personal and professional lives. I offer a comprehensive audit service that includes a detailed report with specific recommendations for reducing stress within the business. To gather the necessary information for this report, I use surveys and personal observations to identify sources of stress within the company. In addition, I provide two separate workshops – one for employees and one for leadership – to further assist with stress management efforts.
As a stress management speaker, I work with businesses, clubs and other organizations to provide engaging and informative presentations on managing stress. I offer a range of stress management talks, spanning from twenty minutes to an hour in length, and can also customize my presentations to meet the specific needs and interests of your audience. I am open to collaborating on a project and may be willing to waive or reduce fees in certain circumstances. Interest include, but are not limited to:
